Baby Carrier Rental Deposit Rentals and Trials

- Order online or come into the store of your choice.
- Pay the deposit for your carrier of choice (prices vary). Can be done online or in-store.
- Fee: $15 for 1 week. (Currently 1 week maximum rental time)
- Return carrier at the end of 1 week and get your deposit back minus the $15 fee. OR, pay no rental fee if you purchase a new carrier upon return. (Sorry, gently used carriers do not qualify).
Thing to know:
- There is no limit to how many times you rent but only 1 carrier per household, per week. The same carrier cannot be rented 2 weeks in a row by the same household.
- You can rent as many different carriers as you’d like and have up to $45 (3 different rentals) put towards the purchase of a new carrier.
- Waiting lists for specific carriers will be created based on the online order date and time. You will be notified if there is a waiting list and given the opportunity to chose another style.

Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being shipped. Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a specific processing time dependent on the particular product.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
