Please allow 6-10 weeks for production, plus 1-2 more weeks for delivery & arrival.
- We offer free contactless/threshold delivery.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a notification by email with tracking info.
- Within 5-10 days after your order has shipped, you will receive a phone call from a local courier to arrange a delivery time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
- We recommend an extra set of hands on deck to help with moving your box(es).
- In some instances, our delivery agents may not be able to place your order into the first threshold of your residence. The driver may leave your box(es) in your first dry, covered area.
- In some remote areas, we may ship your item with UPS. Your shipment notification will contain UPS tracking info, which will provide you with your delivery date. Any updates with UPS shipments will be made electronically.

Fast Shipping and Professional Packaging
Our long-standing partnership with UPS FedEx DHL and other global carriers allows us to offer an array of shipping services. Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being shipped. Each day, we ship to thousands of clients in different countries. Our dedication to becoming the biggest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a specific processing time dependent on the particular product.
Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items carefully before shipping. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We don't manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order could be out of stock after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
